Staying at the Courtyard was a solid choice for our corporate retreat. The hotel's layout includes 743 square feet of conference space, making it suitable for meetings and collaborative sessions. The 24-hour reception was handy for our varying schedules, and I appreciated the express check-in and check-out process. The internet access throughout the property kept us connected, which is crucial when working remotely. I was surprised to discover that it wasn't just the standard cable on the flat-screen TV; Netflix and Prime Video were also available—a nice touch for downtime. The indoor swimming pool and gym offered a great way to wind down after a long day of meetings. The fitness center was well-equipped, aligning with my penchant for maintaining a fitness routine on the road. I did notice some minor upkeep issues like a leaking showerhead and a toilet seat that needed replacement. Being conveniently located near the LIRR added to its appeal, allowing quick access to NYC and the airport. The Courtyard is a practical choice for business travelers, providing essential amenities without the unnecessary frills. I’d rate it a solid 7/10 for functionality.
